- Treasures Report by Jerry Nelson $130.50 approved and seconded
- Committee Reports:
- Poker Run report by Bill Trout,
- V2V, and Great Lakes report by Mike Reinhart, Kyle Petty Jacket tickets are ready to pass out
- We are in need of members for a Safety, Ride, and Fund Raising Committee’s

· Bill Hein welcomed everyone to our meeting and spoke of all the activities that will be taking place this year.
· Kim Maxwell thanked everyone for coming and discussed having our meetings at different sites in the Wabash Valley. This was discussed and approved.
· Carl Phillips stated that the cost to update our web site will be $160 not $60 as stated last month, item deferred until next month
