· Mic Price, President called the meeting to order
· Reading of last months minutes by Secretary, motion to approve and seconded

· Balance $79.50, motion to approve and seconded

Old Business
· Be sure and check your e-mail address and update if needed,
· Officers need to also be members of the VMC to hold office (per national by laws)
· Poker Run – Sherri Unger, Pam Price, Mike Reinhart, Bill Trout, Mike Grayless will vote on T shirt design at next meeting. Start working getting sponsors, $100.00 @ or $200.00 for larger logo. Jac Padgett has copies of last years letters. Need artwork by June 1 from sponsors.
· Bill Trout will be on TV 2 July 7th and TV 10 July 9th for PR on Kyle Petty’s Poker Run.
· Mike Grayless will check on entertainment for Poker Run
· All members are encouraged to solicit door prizes for poker run
· Great Lakes Meet, 11-13 July, T-shirts Ron’s Dream, July 11th 2 rides 10 & 6 pm maybe to Moonglow in Danville, IL
· V2V, Mike & Ron’s leg St Louis to Ohio
New Business
- Motion made and seconded to rename club from Terre Haute Victory Motorcycle Club, to Wabash Valley Victory Riders Club, to better represent all our members in the Wabash Valley. Motion made and passed unanimously. Have any ideas for new patch & logo by next meeting.
- National Club (VMC) would like to have articles and reports from us.
- Mic would like to form a Safety Committee that would work close with the Motorcycle Safety Foundation and have safety reports for our meetings and before each ride.
- Mic also would like to have a Ride Committee, (3 people) that would seek information on local rides and coordinate them to list them on our website for 2008 and 2009.
- Carl Phillips said that Steve Stoddard has some concerns on our web page, because of security settings and that we can upgrade to a higher security setting for around $60.00 the first year and then $30.00 a year for updates. Jac Padgett also stated that he can not log in because of the present security settings.
