OLD Business
· Cost for the forums on hold.

Committee Reports
· Ride for Kyles Kids:
Handed out tickets for Jacket. Jacket is on display @ VOTH.
Need a few more sponsor for ride.
Need more volunteers for stops.
Handed out Flyers, sponsorship and contributor letters
Cost for ride is: $25 for driver, includes poker hand, meal, T-shirt and ticket for jacket.
$15 for passenger, includes poker hand, t-shirt and meal.
Shirt colors will be grey for riders and flouriest green for staff of workers.
· Ride committee:
May 3-4th: Joint ride with River Valley Club
May 16-18th VITO Meet
6 parades in Shelburn this year: they would like to have us ride in them, Todd Barnett to confirm dates.
We are going to try to have a group ride after all the monthly club meetings. (weather permitting)
· Club sponsor committee:
Todd Barnett would like volunteers.
· V2V:
We are responsible for St. Louise to Terre Haute. We will be going to St. Louise on June 28th.
Will be using the Best Western Hotel again this year.
Jack's Fine Foods has donated the BBQ again this year. We will need side dishes and buns.
New Business
· Kim Maxwell has resigned as club secretary, due to relocating for employment.
We will be voting on new secretary @ our May meeting. This will run till January 2009. Then that one for 2 years.
Monty Spillman is acting secretary till then.
- Kenny School has volunteered to be safety coordinator.
